SEO Findings respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Ali Hassan, using the business name SEO Findings (“SEO Findings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you visit seofindings.com (the “Website”), submit an enquiry, leave a comment, or enter into a service or commercial arrangement with us.
1. Who We Are and Scope
SEO Findings is an independent SEO information and consulting website operated by Ali Hassan in Pakistan. “SEO Findings” is a business and brand name used by Ali Hassan; it is not a separately incorporated company. Ali Hassan is responsible for deciding how personal information covered by this Policy is handled.
This Policy applies to the Website, related correspondence, and services or commercial collaborations arranged through it. It does not govern independent websites, platforms, or services that have their own privacy notices.
2. Information We Collect and Where It Comes From
We collect information that you provide directly, information generated automatically when you use the Website, and limited information supplied by service providers that help us operate and measure the Website. We do not purchase contact lists or collect prospective-client details from data brokers or public directories for outreach.
Information you provide may include:
- Contact enquiries: your name and email address are required. Your phone number, website address, message, requirements, and any other information you choose to provide may also be collected. If you do not provide a required field, the enquiry cannot be submitted or answered. Form submissions are delivered by email and are also stored in the Website’s WordPress administration database.
- Comments: your display name, email address, website address if supplied, comment, and related moderation information. Comments require approval before publication. An approved comment and its displayed author name may be public; the submitted email address is not displayed publicly.
- Service and commercial records: correspondence, requirements, proposals, agreed services, affiliate, sponsored-post, paid guest-post, advertising or collaboration records, invoice and payment references, and other records reasonably connected with an arrangement.
- Optional subscriptions: if an email subscription or similar optional feature is offered, the relevant form may collect the information and preferences shown there. Such communications will include a way to unsubscribe.
The Website does not provide direct online checkout and does not ask you to submit complete payment-card or online-banking credentials. Client payments are arranged separately, such as through an invoice, bank transfer, or an independent payment service. The relevant bank or payment provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, complete payment-card details, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the Website or ordinary email.
Technical and usage information may include:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- Browser, device, operating-system, language, and screen information;
- Referring page, requested pages, navigation path, and date and time of access;
- Clicks, scrolling, page interactions, heatmap data, and session-replay or behavioral-measurement data where those tools are enabled and permitted;
- Cookie, session, consent, advertising, or pseudonymous device identifiers; and
- Server, security, error, performance, email-delivery, and diagnostic information.
3. How and Why We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website;
- Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and perform separately agreed services or collaborations;
- Send administrative, service-related, and transactional communications;
- Send optional marketing communications only where permitted and with a way to unsubscribe;
- Review, approve, publish, and moderate comments and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or security threats;
- Understand traffic, content performance, and visitor interactions;
- Display, deliver, secure, and measure advertising, affiliate referrals, or sponsored content where enabled;
- Maintain reasonable business, accounting, security, consent, and compliance records; and
- Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Consent: for non-essential cookies, optional analytics, session replay, personalized advertising, marketing communications, or other processing where consent is required.
- Pre-contractual steps and contract: to respond to a request, prepare a proposal, or perform an accepted arrangement.
- Legitimate interests: to operate and secure the Website, answer communications, prevent abuse, understand performance, improve content and user experience, and maintain reasonable business records, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations and legal claims: to meet applicable requirements and protect legal rights.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. We do not make decisions about individuals based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies for essential operation, security, consent management, preferences, performance, analytics, session replay, advertising, affiliate measurement, and embedded third-party content.
Where applicable law requires prior consent, non-essential technologies are used only after the relevant choice has been made through the Website’s consent banner. Available Cookie Settings can be used to accept, reject, or change non-essential choices. Refusing non-essential technologies does not prevent basic use of the Website, although some measurement, personalization, embedded content, or advertising features may be limited. Consent records may be retained as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and respect those choices.
5. Analytics, Tag Management, and Session Replay
- Google Analytics: helps measure visits, traffic sources, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, and activity on the Website using cookies or pseudonymous identifiers where permitted. Google may process this information under its own terms. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Microsoft Clarity: helps us understand use of the Website through heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral metrics. It may process interaction, device, session, and pseudonymous identifier information. Masking or suppression controls are used where supported; sensitive form content is not intended for capture. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Tag Manager: helps deploy and manage consent-controlled analytics and other tags. It is a tag-management tool and does not itself provide the Website’s audience reports.
- Search-engine webmaster services: including tools used for ownership verification, indexing, sitemap submission, and search-performance reporting. These administrative tools are different from general visitor analytics or advertising tags.
Provider names are included for transparency about important current functions. A provider may be replaced by another performing the same function without requiring a full rewrite of this Policy, provided the processing purpose and material data practices do not change. Current consent-controlled providers and choices may also be identified through the Website’s consent interface.
6. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Sponsored Content
The Website may be monetized through display advertising, affiliate links, sponsored posts, paid guest posts, direct banner advertising, or similar commercial arrangements. These features apply only when enabled.
If Google AdSense or another Google advertising service is enabled:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to serve, secure, limit, personalize, and measure advertisements;
- Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this Website or other websites; and
- You may manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Additional industry opt-out choices may be available at YourAdChoices.
Other advertising vendors or networks may use their own technologies and opt-out methods. Where applicable, current advertising providers and available choices will be identified through the relevant consent interface or provider notice.
Affiliate links may contain referral identifiers or use cookies so a provider can attribute a visit, registration, or purchase and pay a commission to SEO Findings, generally without increasing the visitor’s price. Sponsored or paid content will be identified where disclosure is required.
SEO Findings does not rent or sell contact-form or comment information for money. Some advertising activities may nevertheless be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under particular privacy laws even where no money is exchanged for personal information. Where such laws apply, the required notice and choice will be provided.
7. Service Providers and Information Sharing
We may disclose limited information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:
- Hosting, website, content-management, form, email, caching, backup, security, performance, and technical-support providers;
- Analytics, session-replay, tag-management, webmaster, advertising, affiliate, and consent-management providers where those services are enabled;
- Banks, invoice, accounting, and independent payment providers involved in separately arranged client payments;
- Authorized contractors, professional advisers, or other personnel who need the information for an approved purpose and are subject to appropriate duties;
- Courts, regulators, government authorities, or other parties where required by law or valid legal process;
- Parties involved in preventing fraud, addressing security incidents, or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; and
- A successor or relevant party in a lawful business transfer, restructuring, or reorganization.
Routine human access to the Website’s administration and enquiry records is restricted to the operator. Service providers may process information as necessary to perform their functions. Sponsors, advertisers, affiliate partners, and guest-post contributors do not automatically receive enquiry or comment information merely because their content, links, or advertisements appear on the Website.
8. International Processing
SEO Findings is operated from Pakistan and serves a global audience. Information may therefore be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our service providers or their infrastructure are located. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on appropriate provider commitments, legally recognized contractual protections, adequacy arrangements, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may email us to request information about, or a copy or summary of, safeguards relevant to your information, subject to lawful limitations and redactions.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, using the following criteria:
- Enquiries and correspondence are kept while active and for a reasonable follow-up, recordkeeping, security, or dispute-resolution period;
- Service, contractual, invoice, payment, sponsorship, affiliate, and advertising records are kept for applicable business, accounting, tax, and legal periods;
- Published comments may remain while the comment is displayed or until removal is appropriate;
- Technical, security, email-delivery, analytics, session-replay, advertising, and diagnostic information is kept according to operational need, configured settings, consent, and provider retention controls;
- Consent and opt-out records are kept as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and respect privacy choices; and
- Backups are retained according to normal rotation schedules and then overwritten or deleted.
Information may be kept longer where reasonably necessary for an active dispute, fraud or security investigation, legal claim, or legal obligation. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until the relevant backup is overwritten or expires.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Website, including encrypted connections, access restrictions, software updates, security and performance controls, reputable service providers, backups, and retention practices. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information and information about how it is used;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- Request deletion of personal information in applicable circumstances;
- Request restriction of processing in applicable circumstances;
- Request data portability where the right applies;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, taking account of applicable legal exceptions;
- Object at any time to the use of personal information for direct marketing;
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- Opt out of targeted advertising or certain forms of sale or sharing where applicable; and
- Complain to an applicable data-protection or privacy authority.
To exercise a right or submit a privacy complaint, email ali@seofindings.com with enough information to identify the relevant matter. We may request proportionate verification and, if a request is made for another person, evidence of authority. Rights are subject to legal limitations and exceptions.
We acknowledge data-protection complaints within 30 days, take appropriate steps to investigate them without undue delay, keep the complainant reasonably informed, and explain the outcome. You may also complain to the authority that applies where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
For matters within the United Kingdom, information about raising a concern is available from the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Cookie and advertising choices can also be changed through available Cookie Settings and provider opt-out controls.
12. Browser Privacy Signals
Some browsers send a legacy “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting that signal, the Website does not currently respond to it. You may instead use the Website’s Cookie Settings, browser controls, and provider opt-out tools. Where an applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat the recognized signal as the applicable opt-out request.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate.
14. External Links and Embedded Content
The Website may link to or, where enabled, embed content from independent websites, videos, social-media services, maps, forms, or other platforms. Those providers may process technical information and use cookies as though you visited them directly. We do not control their privacy, security, content, or availability. Where required and technically supported, non-essential embedded content is restricted until consent is provided. Review the relevant provider’s privacy notice before supplying information.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy if the Website’s data practices, purposes, ownership or contact details, or applicable legal requirements materially change. Replacing a provider with another provider performing the same function does not necessarily require rewriting this Policy, although current cookie, analytics, advertising, affiliate, or embedded-content providers may be updated in the applicable consent interface, cookie notice, or provider list.
The current version will be published on this page with a revised effective and last-updated date. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided before a materially different use begins.
